Intentional Motherhood Circle - Thursday EVENINGS (every two weeks)

Intentional Motherhood Circles are a time to connect, explore, share, grow, and simply be. Mothers are invited into a safe and nonjudgmental space to share and reflect with others as we explore who we are as mothers and women, how to nurture our own souls and the souls of our family and ask ourselves what it means to live with intention and mindfulness.

Readings & reflections to be discussed will be sent out via our email group on the week leading up to our meeting.  You are encouraged to read this before our meeting and spend some time reflecting on the questions and journaling. You are also encouraged to bring your journal with to our meetings.

Please note: At the time being, we are able to offer participation in this group for free, as a gift to our community. It is easy to sign up and register for things that are free with the best of intentions - and then forget about them or have other things come up. We get it! But, we also consistently have a waiting list for our circles and it is a more difficult transition to have individuals join mid-session (although, we have made exceptions for this and it has worked). All of this to say, we request that you please take this commitment seriously and attend as many of these meetings as you can.  We understand that life happens and things come up - kids make our lives FULL of uncertainty, so it is expected that you may miss a meeting or two. But, if you decide you cannot consistenly attend, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can give your space to another participant.

The Thursday evening circle meets every OTHER weeks between Feb. & May at First Presbyterian - 230 NE Ninth St, Bend, OR 97701 in the Wonder Room (main entrance, upper parking lot)

If this is your first time joining a circle, you can expect the following format:

- introductions and centering

- check-in question (basically some version of: how have you been?)

- Sharing & reflections on reading

- closing meditation/reading
